    Subfloor flatness, moisture content at install, structural integrity, and prep history reviewed at every site. The sub-floor lane is where regional failure patterns most often originate — surfaced consistently so the program report can call the lane out with evidence.

  • Environmental conditions at install

    Ambient temperature, relative humidity, and acclimation duration documented per IICRC moisture protocol. Environmental drift is invisible at the single-site level and obvious at the regional level — only if the data is captured the same way at every site.

  • Installer-protocol adherence

    CFI-anchored review of installer practice — order of operations, tool selection, manufacturer-required checks (acclimation tags, moisture readings, expansion-gap measurement). The cert mapping is what distinguishes installer-error from product-design contributions.

  • Regional failure-pattern documentation

    When the program covers multiple sites, the aggregate report reads patterns: dealer-by-dealer variance, climate-region variance, installer-roster variance. Each pattern is supported by the structured per-site records — so the read is auditable, not narrative.
