By accessing or using inspectsolutions.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

These terms govern only your use of the Site itself. Inspection services, deliverables, payment, liability, and dispute resolution between Inspect Solutions and an engaging client are governed by the separately executed Master Service Agreement and any associated statements of work.

You agree to use the Site lawfully. Without limiting that:

• You will not access the Site or attempt to access non-public areas of the Site through any means other than the published interface
• You will not scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract content at scale without our prior written consent
• You will not attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site or its supporting infrastructure
• You will not introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• You will not impersonate another person, misrepresent your affiliation, or submit forms with materially false information
• You will not use the Site to harass, defame, or harm another person

All content on this Site — text, photography, graphics, logos, layouts, and the underlying source code — is owned by Inspect Solutions or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

"Inspect Solutions" and the Inspect Solutions logo are trademarks of Inspect Solutions. Third-party marks (NWFA, IICRC, CFI, NALFA, BBB, and others) are the property of their respective owners and appear on the Site solely to identify our certifications and association memberships.

You may share links to public pages on this Site freely. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or build derivative products on the underlying content without our prior written consent. Nothing on the Site should be construed as granting any license or right to use any trademark or copyrighted material without prior written permission.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." We do our best to keep content accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure against every threat, or that any information on the Site is fit for a particular purpose.

Information on this Site — including descriptions of inspection services, certifications, sample reports, and educational content in /resources — is general information for the convenience of prospective and existing clients. It is not legal advice, engineering advice, or a substitute for a written inspection report or a written contract. Reliance on Site content is at your own risk.

Engagement of inspection services begins only when a Master Service Agreement (or comparable engagement instrument) is executed and a specific assignment is opened. Until then, no inspector-client relationship exists, regardless of any communications through the Site.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inspect Solutions and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

In any event, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to your use of this marketing Site (separate from any executed services contract) will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). For inspection-services engagements, the limitation of liability set forth in the executed Master Service Agreement controls and supersedes this paragraph.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in those jurisdictions, the limitations above apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Inspect Solutions and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of (a) your use of the Site, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual-property or privacy rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be the state and federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

For inspection-services engagements, the governing-law and venue provisions of the executed Master Service Agreement control and supersede this paragraph.

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect, and the unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its intent.

These Terms — together with our Privacy Policy and Accessibility Statement — constitute the entire agreement between you and Inspect Solutions concerning your use of the Site, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals on that subject.
